WP0 keeps Exa-MA moving smoothly: governance, coordination, risk tracking, and reporting across all seven technical work packages.

1. Scope

  • Coordinate scientific and technical roadmaps

  • Track risks, conflicts, and mitigation actions

  • Monitor budget, milestones, and deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with funding and governance rules

2. Leads & Timeline

  • Lead: Université de Strasbourg

  • Duration: Months 1-60

3. Key Interfaces

  • Works with all WPs to align milestones and dependencies

  • Synchronizes with NumPEx board reporting and audits

  • Provides communication templates for internal and external updates

4. Current Focus

  • Synchronizing WP milestones with upcoming reviews

  • Keeping deliverable cadence predictable

  • Publishing lightweight status snapshots for all WPs
